- What is the payment term for warehouse orders?
- 100% advance by cheque or wire transfer. Please send an e-mail for complete postal address or wire transfer route.
- How do we know about stock in NJ warehouse?

- Can you palletize warehouse orders?
- Yes we can, at a nominal cost of $25 per pallet.
- Do warehouse quotes include shipping and handling?
- We charge $20 per order or $25 per pallet, whichever is higher, as handling. Shipping cost is extra. Most buyer nominate a forwarding agent, courier or trucking company and pay the shipping costs themselves.
- How can we place orders for direct shipments from India to save more?

- Can you explain the procedure if we place orders for direct shipments from India?
- On receipt of your enquiry/order we will generate a reply/sales confirmation detailing the procedure.
- What is the quality assurance for direct shipments from India?
- The buyer can either appoint an independent agency or arrange for self inspection. We do not bear the cost of inspections. We always take utmost care to ship the goods as per the quality terms agreed upon. Fortunately, we have never had any trouble with any buyer on quality grounds or otherwise. But, in case a quality issue does arise, the buyer will not have to bear any monetary loss, the matter will be resolved amicably.
- What is the minimum order quantity and value for direct shipments from India?
- The total value must be over US$ 3000. The quantity per item varies. We can answer this question better after we know the precise item and quantity requirements.
- Can we get samples?
- Yes. We ship samples at a nominal charge.
- Do you have a paper catalog?
- No. All our products are shown on the website. We can e-mail PowerPoint Presentation of our products, please fill out our Contact Us form.
