What is the procedure?
- You send us details of the item and quantity you
want to order
- We send you a proforma invoice or sales
confirmation.
- On receipt of your approval we send you
representative samples, photo offer/s and/or detailed specifications
- You send us 30% advance payment
- We ship the goods to you.
- We fax/e-mail/post the shipping documents to you as
confirmation and you pay the balance 70%
- The goods get delivered to your doorstep as per the
agreed time schedule

What quality assurances can we have?
- The goods shipped will be as the per specifications/representative
samples.
What is the minimum order quantity and value?
- We ship at least one master carton quantity of each item. Minimum
order value to be $ 5,000. It could be an assortment of items.
Who pays for the courier charges?
- The samples shall be sent at your cost. The shipping and handling
will be to your account.
